This workshop will be based on a literature review of studies focusing on welfare regimes. Abrahamson once called this burgeoning literature “the welfare modeling business”. The literature is convoluted with numerous variables and alternative conceptualisations to describe components of various welfare regime types. So, based on this workshop, we aim to finalise our variable list with which we will collect data across countries.
