Alper Şükrü Gençer is a graduate student and research assistant in the Department of International Relations and Political Science at Koç University. He graduated from Koç University with International Relations and Economics bachelor degrees in 2017. Some of his research interests are political economy of development, politics of welfare state, political economy of poverty, inequality, income redistribution and labor, and last but not least, research methods in social sciences.
